By-Election - Bukit Selambau

 

The Star Online reported that Bukit Selambau is in dire need of facilities. The report says, I quote “Bukit Selambau is a sleepy remote small town located near Sungai Petani that is in dire need of facilities.”

 

The report also say that people in Bukit Selambau is longing for development. What I failed to understand here is the fact that not until the 12^th General Election, Bukit Selambau constituency is held by an opposition representative (opposition according to the BN interpretation). So what have been done for the past 50 years while BN was in power?

 

Why suddenly, when the current government is in power, Bukit Selambau is in dire need of development. They don’t need development before? I just can’t get it. What do you think? Is it right to say that no development have been brought by a 1 year old government? Or should we ask, why on earth, the development was not brought when BN was in power???
